Completing pending event registrations
for Members
With online payment
To confirm online payment WildApricot waits for a special notification from PayPal. If notification is not received the event registration will remain in Pending status. (this usually happens only if a person did not finish the actual payment after his registration)
In these situations members have the following options:
1. complete pending event registration - which can be done online as described below.
2. cancel pending event registration
1. To retry the registration member must go back to the event and click on [Register] button. (He has to be logged-in)

To finalize a pending registration, he would click on [Review and complete] button which transfer him to step 4 of the event registration:

Note: Change link can be used to revise event registration if desired.
2. To cancel Pending registration you must contact your administrator.
Manual payment
In order to complete pending event that was submitted with manual payment member should contact administrator and arrange the payment. The event registration will be marked as Pending until the administrator confirms it.
for Administrator
Online payment
In some rare cases, even though the event registration payment was completed, confirmation message from PayPal was not received and registration will be marked as pending. Administrator can either check PayPal account to verify that the payment was received or not. If the payment was received by PayPal, administrator should go to event and mark attendee registration as confirmed. Alternatively, if administrator wants to cancel he may do so (use Delete button)

Manual payment
If the event registration payment was completed with manual payment option then the registration for the event becomes Pending. It will remain in Pending state until the administrator receives the payment and confirms the payment manually. To confirm the payment administrator should go to the event and open the attendees list. In the attendees list find the appropriate attendee and change the status from Pending to Confirmed.
