Delete all member records

This option is useful when you want to clean up your test database records created during your evaluation of Wild Apricot.

This function will PERMANENTLY delete records in your member database.

To delete all existing members go to Members / Import and select Delete existing members option.

Next screen will have several options. The most important is Select records to delete that offers three options:

1. All except administrators - deletes all records except for the records with administrative privileges.
2. All (except your own record) - deletes all records except the one you are logged in under right now.
3. Archived only - deletes all archived records.

Type DELETE , enter your password and click on [Delete members] button.

After the records are deleted you may proceed with Import of your new member records. See: Import Guide.
