Keyword search
Keyword search is a very convenient and quick way to look up member records in your database.
Go to the Members section, it will open Members list page, then click on the Keyword search link:

The system will then load up your whole member list and open a page like this:

- It shows the total number of records in your database (101 in the screenshot above)
- Archived records are not included by default, but you can click on the check box to include them too:

(This will reload the list to include archived records)
- Records are shown by last name. First 100 records are shown and there is a drop down to jump to another page:

Now to the best part - the search box:

Simply start typing here and the system will immediately filter and show only the records which contain the text you have typed. All of these fields shown on the list page will be searched: First name, Last name, Organization, membership status, member level, renewal date, email, emailing preferences and last login date. You can type several words (separated with space) and the search will only show records which contain ALL of these words.
For example you can type "GlobAll Josh" (without quotes) to find someone who you recall works at GlobAll, whose first name is Josh and whose membership is active, the system will immediately find all matching records:

Click on the person's name to view his full member record details.
