List of non-member event attendees across all events
If you are interested in a list of event registrations for one particular event (and all related functions), see Viewing and contacting event attendees. This topic discusses how to view the list of non-member registrants who have ever attended your events. To access this list, Go to Events section -> Event attendees.
List of event attendees

This screen gives you a list of people who have attended your events (NOT including your members - only non-members). For member database see Member list. Each member details contain a list of events attended by that member.
- You can specify whether Archived records should be included.
- You can limit/filter this list by typing in the Search box (similar to Keyword search). Keyword search includes person's name, organization, email, last attended event title, number of events.
- Total number of records is shown (based on the current search )
- Each record shows:
- Person's name, email and organization. This is a link to attendee details
- Number of events attended, the date and the title of the last event (linked to Event details)
- Email preferences (notices about future events, occasional emailings - the ones initiated via [E-mail attendees] button on the toolbar
Attendee details
Event attendee details screen looks like this:

It includes:
- Toolbar functions to edit and archive this record,
- Person's details,
- List of all attended events (each linked to Event registration details),
- Administrator notes
Event registration details
Event registration details for a particular event might be different (Different name/organization can be entered, registration form might have different fields etc.). Event registration details page is accessible from a particular event or a particular attendee - and shows event registration details for that particular event. This registration can be edited and deleted by the administrator:

Emailing event attendees
This is similar to all other emailing functions in the system. Once you press the button [E-mail attendees], system will take the current selection of records, restrict it only to records opted in to receive occasional emailings and allow you to create, test, preview and send an email:

Exporting event attendees
If you click on [Export attendees] button, the system will generate a list of your current selection in Microsoft Excel XML format.
