Page visibility

A page in Wild Apricot can be 'visible' or 'invisible'. When you open a Wild Apricot account, a number of pages are generated automatically for you based on the selected template (Professional association, Club, etc.). Most of these pages are initially set to be invisible and you have to review, edit and make each one visible as appropriate. When you add new pages, visibility is defined in the page creation window (See How to add web pages)

Invisible pages are only shown to the site administrators and are indicated with a special icon in the menu:

(In the example above, 'Links' page is visible and 'Donate' is invisible)

(Some pages can also be made accessible only to Members at certain membership level - See Website Pages with Restricted Access)

To change page visibility, go to that page, click on [Edit] button in the toolbar. Page name in the menu will transform into a little widget where you can rename it and check/uncheck the Visible parameter:

To make the page visible, check it and Publish the page.
