Trial account

When you open a Wild Apricot account, you automatically get a free 30-days trial. Your trial account has full access to Wild Apricot functionality at the Community billing plan level, with the limitation that email can not be sent to more than 50 people at a time (to prevent abuse by spammers).

At any time during your trial period you can upgrade your account to a paid billable plan of your choice. Go to Settings / Your account / Billing plan:

Once there, you can upgrade by clicking on a button:

This will list the available billing plans and you can choose one and proceed to pay with a credit card:

Alternative payment option: Alternative payment option: Pay by check, PayPal, wire transfer or credit card and get 10% discount if you pay for one year in advance. Contact us at support@wildapricot.com to request an invoice.

If you neither delete your account nor upgrade to a billable plan, after 30 days your account will be automatically converted to a free account (all your webpages and data will stay intact!). Free accounts (See Pricing) limit some features and display Google ads at the bottom of each page.
