Web Browser requirements

Administration of your Wild Apricot account requires the following settings for your browser:

  • enabled JavaScript,
  • enabled cookies and
  • W3C compliant browser's document object model

Most people would not have any problems as these requirements are common for most other websites anyway. The most suitable browsers are Internet Explorer 7.0 (and higher) on Windows and FireFox 3.5 (and higher) on Windows and Mac. But our internal testing covers not only these two browsers. Feel free to experiment using other browsers. You may find that many basic Wild Apricot administration features will probably work fine, but we can not guarantee this and can not provide technical support if you use any other browser.

If you are using one of our supported browsers but still see "Browser not supported" warning message, your browser settings have to be adjusted to enable cookies and JavaScript.
